Yes. Our onboarding includes training on beneficiary rights, confidentiality and privacy, personal care skills, documentation and incident reporting, infection control, recognizing and reporting abuse or neglect, and degenerative diseases. Caregivers’ complete practical skills assessments and an RN-supervised aide checklist and receive certificates upon module completion. We also provide quarterly refresher training to keep skills sharp.

Private Pay, NC Medicaid, Healthy Blue (BCBSNC), WellCare NC, United Healthcare NC, Carolina Complete Health, Alliance Health, and Trillium.

Sometimes personalities don't click — that's okay. If you're not 100% comfortable, we'll gladly assign someone who's a better fit for your family.
