Open Positions

Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

We are looking for a compassionate Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We currently have specific openings for these roles in the 28216 and 28277 areas. You will provide direct care, teach daily living skills, and help clients achieve their personal goals during evening and overnight shifts.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay rate: $16 per hour

• Shifts: Evening and overnight shifts available

• Locations: Openings specific to the 28216 and 28277 areas

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for commuting between/to these specific area assignments).

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

• CPR, First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong patience, empathy, and active-listening skills.

• Flexibility and high attention to detail.

• ABA or previous DSP experience with children and adults is strongly preferred.
